The school year is almost over and that means it’s time to start thinking about the perfect teacher gift! Our favourite gift to give is a batch of home-made Caramel Popcorn. This year we will use the “PrettyCare Microwave Popcorn Maker” to help make the perfect and most delicious teacher gifts.
The “PrettyCare Microwave Popcorn Maker” make a batch of popcorn in just minutes. There are two measuring lines at the bottom of the bowl; 50g and 100g.
I love that the lines are included right in the bowl, there is no need to find a measuring cup or ‘eyeballing’ amounts. Fill it to the 100g line for a full bowl of popcorn.
There is a clear lid that you place on the bowl before you being popping. Be careful when you remove this as there is some steam locked in. There are also two handles to help remove the dish from the microwave.
Press down on the edges of the bowl and it will collapse for easy storage. The popcorn maker is easy to clean, a simple wash in warm soapy water.
Oil does not have to be added to begin popping. Add your butter and seasonings after the popcorn has finished popping.
This is my favourite way to make popcorn. When compared to my traditional air popper the “PrettyCare Microwave Popcorn Maker” wins hands down. It leaves less unpopped kernels behind and takes less time than my air popper. It is also much less noisy than my air popper.
The “PrettyCare Microwave Popcorn Maker” is a convenient way to make and serve a favourite evening snack.
*Disclosure: I received a complimentary “PrettyCare Microwave Popcorn Maker” through the Amazon Vine Program in exchange for my review. All opinions are 100% my own.
