Jurassic World Grab ‘n Growl Indoraptor Dinosaur

The My children are curious about the world around them. Later in the month, we will be visiting an exhibit that explores animal evolution. Last time we visited this exhibit they were able to see a robotic dinosaur, which inspired a curiosity about dinosaurs like the “Jurassic World Indoraptor“.

Features

The “Jurassic World Grab n’ Growl Indoraptor Dinosaur” is inspired by the hybrid dinosaur of the Jurassic World movie.  Act out your favourite movie moments or make up entirely new adventures!

The “Indoraptor” is a ferocious looking creature with red eyes that glow when you press the buttons on its tail. Press the button under its tail to activate the chomping feature make screeching and growling noises.

Indoraptor Tail

The slider on the dinosaur’s tail will make its arms move to grab items. This feature is disappointing. The slider is difficult to us, requiring strong thumbs to manipulate it. The grabbing action is awkward and the arms are not strong enough to lift items.

The dinosaur stands approximately 8.5 high and 17 inches long. The legs are posable and the tail will swivel the upper body.  Underneath the dinosaur is the speaker. There is no volume control or on/off switch. It uses 3 button cell batteries.

The “Jurassic World Grab n’ Growl Indoraptor Dinosaur” has molded scales that give it realistic features, but the gold paint is sloppily applied taking away from the overall look of the dinosaur.

Jurassic World fans will enjoy having this dinosaur on display, but little ones may be disappointed by the “Grab n’ Growl” feature.

*Disclosure: I received a complimentary “Jurassic World Grab n’ Growl Indoraptor Dinosaur” through the Amazon Vine Program in exchange for my review. All opinions are 100% my own.
