When I decided not to return to work and stay at home with my children, both my husband and I knew that it wouldn’t be without it’s challenges. With careful budgeting and a few sacrifices we are able to live on one income, but who likes to sacrifice? When I read about Swagbucks I thought I would try it out and discovered that it is an amazing way to earn free giftcards for some of those little “extras” that I want to buy for my family and myself! Here is my Swagbucks story.
I first learned about Swagbucks when I started my blog. I was excited to be able to earn points (called SB) for doing things that I was already doing online. I answered surveys, watched videos, played games and searched the web and all those activities earned me SB.
I’ve personally redeemed my SB for gift cards for Paypal money and Amazon gift cards. My absolute favourite redemption is for Shutterfly gift cards! I love taking photos and turning them into fun items from Shutterfly. When Shutterfly offers their free items, I use my gift card to help pay for the shipping! I love to shop this way for gifts for my family, friends and myself!
Swagbucks is really an amazing way to add an extra boost to your budget. Keep checking the rewards for sales as well to maximize your rewards! Just remember that it does take up to 10 business days for your gift cards to come.
Swagbucks offers special promotions like team challenges and Swago boards that are fun to play and offer special bonuses. Swagbucks is one of my favourite reward programs. It’s totally free to join and has helped me add a little extra cash to our budget!
